  • Ownership of User Content: By posting Content on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and distribute your Content solely for the operation of the Platform.
  • Platform Content: All materials on the Platform, including logos, text, and design, are owned by us and protected by copyright laws.

6. Reporting Violations

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SellSee.co.uk, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
